    Only wanted a zipper changed, not only she placed the wrong zipper with out asking first, when we complained about it, she took the jacket back but never mentioned she was going to charge an extra $30 aside from the $56 I had already paid. A week later I had to call a few
    Times to have the jacket back since we are in the middle of winter, very rude over the phone cutting me off and upset because I wouldn’t paid the extra $30 which means the zipper would of cost me $86. 
    When we asked her to have the zipper back since she was charging for it anyways, she responded she had already sold it, which means we was planing to charge us for it when she had already charged someone else for it as well. When we picked the jacket she was rude and even though 
    We tried to make her realize the poor customer service she had given us she just said to get out and never to come back again (not that we would of), on top of that she placed the zipper wrong
